View Patta, Chitta, FMB and TSLR online

This portal lists services including View Patta / Chitta / FMB, View A-Register Extract, Verify Patta / Chitta, FMB Sketch, TSLR Extract and TSLR Sketch - Urban.

Rural / Natham Land

How to view Patta / Chitta / FMB

Open Tamil Nadu e-Services.

Go to eservices.tn.gov.in/eservicesnew and choose View Patta / Chitta / FMB - Rural / Natham.

Select location.

Choose District, Taluk and Village. These must match the revenue village, not just the postal address.

Enter survey details.

Enter Survey Number and Subdivision Number. If your survey number is 123/4A, usually 123 is the survey number and 4A is the subdivision.

Submit authentication.

Enter the captcha/authentication value exactly as shown and submit.

Save the result.

Download or print the extract. Check owner name, survey number, extent, land classification and village.

Urban Land

How to view TSLR Extract or TSLR Sketch

Open e-Services.

Open Tamil Nadu e-Services and choose TSLR Extract for urban town survey records or TSLR Sketch - Urban for sketch details.

Enter town survey details.

You may need District, Taluk, Town, Ward, Block, Town Survey Number and Subdivision Number.

Verify the record.

Match the TSLR details with your sale deed, property tax records and physical boundary.

  • For urban land: ward, block and town survey number if applicable

Do not use browser translation on Tamil name fields if the portal warns against it. Names in extracts may use Unicode Tamil fonts.
